My mom and I succeeded in baking a whole batch of cream puffs so I thought I'd share the recipe with you guys.
For the custard, just use this:
What you need: (for puff)
200g butter

500ml water

1 tablespoon sugar

300g all purpose flour

7 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Steps;
1. Boil butter, water & sugar.
2. Add flour and stir. Let it cool.
3. Beat the mixture, add vanilla essence & add in eggs one at a time.
4. Beat till stiff.
5. Pipe into any shape u want.
6. Bake at 200 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
7. Cool & slit the puffs into half before piping custard inside.
